What happens if the internet goes down?
You keep taking in and handing back orders. Drumlr saves everything on the tablet and syncs when the connection is back.
Can I reach a person when something goes wrong?
Yes. Phone us during shop hours and you speak to someone who knows the product, in Dutch or English.
Where is my data, and is it mine?
It is stored in the EU and handled under the GDPR. Your customer list and order history belong to you, and you can export them whenever you want.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You pay per month and can cancel any time. If you leave, you take your data with you.
Do I need to buy new equipment?
Usually not. Tell us what's on your counter and we check it before you sign up.
I have more than one shop. Does that work?
